There’s something about Cape Cod that gets into your soul. The salt air. The weathered shingles. The way the light hits the water in late August and makes you feel like time has stopped — like you could stay forever and it would never be enough.
I haven’t made it there full-time yet. But Capesake was born from that longing — the kind that pulls you back to the coast every chance you get, that makes you collect driftwood and sea glass and sun-faded postcards, that has you dreaming of a little house with a screen door and the sound of waves.
